The problem
Plenty of Indonesian businesses already take orders on WhatsApp, but stock, payment and shipping live somewhere else. Every order has to be matched up by hand, and that is where mistakes get in.
A commerce engine with an AI sales assistant. A chat on WhatsApp or in the shop becomes a paid, packed order, from one catalogue and one stock count. Indonesian first.

Plenty of Indonesian businesses already take orders on WhatsApp, but stock, payment and shipping live somewhere else. Every order has to be matched up by hand, and that is where mistakes get in.
One catalogue with variants and stock per SKU, a shop that works on a phone, and an order desk for the team: check payment, pack, book the courier, and handle refunds, with an audit trail on every order.
The AI assistant helps a buyer ask and choose, but prices, stock and discounts are always recalculated on the server. The AI cannot grant a discount, the team can take over at any moment, and it runs only once the owner switches it on.
In development. The flow from purchase to packing runs end to end locally, and WhatsApp is in a pilot with approved test contacts. Real payments and shipping are not switched on yet.
