The idea
Crosswords are usually played alone, on a flat screen. Crosswold is built to be played together: up to four players race for every word on the same board, inside a 3D arena.
A crossword you play with friends. Up to four players race for every word across ten 3D arenas, in Indonesian or English, each with its own clue bank.

Crosswords are usually played alone, on a flat screen. Crosswold is built to be played together: up to four players race for every word on the same board, inside a 3D arena.
A friends table, invite-code 1v1 duels with an Elo rating, a daily board everyone shares, solo play, and practice against Debie. Ten arenas unlock as the trophies come in.
There is a Workshop too: an editor for making your own crossword, which connects the words, validates the board and previews it before it is published.
A crossword cannot be translated in place, because its answers are the language. So Indonesian and English each have their own clue bank and their own boards, not just a swapped interface.
Answers, timers and match results live on the server, not on the player's phone. A rating settles once per duel, and results played with hints are recorded separately.
